1.Where do I put Geometry and Textures.bin?
2.Which car does it replaces?

StreetStar.....it replaces Lambo Murcielago..and the Geometry and Textures....i think you don't have to copy them....4 me it works just fine

@piginthecity you probably tried to install the mod while your game was running(minimized), that's when it uses the geometry files and makes them write protected(read only) until you exit the game, so exit and reinstall!
