it looks better than version 1.0

the rescaling worked. it now looks perfect in what concerns scale.

the drivers seat bug is also gone.

however:

the back still looks off to me, a little bit too slim (in the horizontal level). all opinions are subjective, mine stands as i state it. i know that it looks perfect to you (you based it on a few photos and blueprints. even though blueprints arent always 100% accurate, the conjuction of the photos and the blueprints should be enough to grant a near-real effect). im not saying that it isnt perfect, im saying that it looks unperfect to me. (look here to try seeing what i mean: http://www.p9.com/images/LeMans96/p38.2back.jpg )

anyway, this is better than before, and if before was already good, than this is a must have. ill raise my original rating of 18/20 to an astonishing 19/20, with the sole mentinoed downer being the only reason keeping this from the perfect mark. an absolute must have.

PortuguesePilot - comparing that picture to my car just reinforced my opinion that the car is absolutely fine as it stands :D I loaded pictures instead of blueprints for some of the parts of the car and double checked after every 10 or so polygons that I put down that they provided the accurate shape of the car. Unless I am misunderstanding what you are saying about it I consider it to be completely in accordance to the blueprints and pictures that I have seen. I also do not see the difference between the picture you posted and the car I made.

Oh yeah, if you say it doesnt [u]look[/u] perfect but you say that doesnt mean its not perfect, then why knock the score down because of a largely subjective downer?

because its my opinion. it just doesnt look perfect to me. im not going to give a top score to something that doesnt look perfect to me, it would be against my principles. maybe i cant explain it any good. CPDs back looked great, for example.

i realise that i can be a pain in the ass sometimes. im a perfectionist, a real perfectionist. i like to push myself to the maximum and i sometimes demand the same from other people (even though i might not have that right).

the ones who pay more attention to my comments will also notice that i pick harder on people that i feel that can reach perfection and i pick less on those whore just starting or just in an inferior league, so to say.

so, if i pick on your cars, its because i feel that they can reach the spot, nothing more.

anyway, what really matters is what you feel about your car. if you feel its perfect, who am i to say otherwise? right?

I feel this car is be pretty good for a 3rd properly scratchmade car but who am I to judge? You have taken the spotlight as the reviewer over here :-|

I say ... who cares? if all else fails, lets remember ... its better than EAs ;)

I WILL download it, just because its a REALLY well-modeled McLaren....... As a lover of McLaren F1s (as u can tell from my name) I think this is the finest McLaren F1 LM ever made, and thnk goodness, LM happens to b my fav edition of all the F1s :D

this looks good, but i am sticking with CPDs. for some reason, i enjoy it more, and i believe it looks better. i dont truly know how to explain it, but CPDs just feels like a better quality (just by a small amount). this is just my opinion, and maybe the HOF will prove me wrong.

its days as the top supercar are numbered. in a shake-down test at nardo, the koenigsegg cc went 365 kmph. and its just a shake-down test and not a full blown one. so realistically, it will reach the aimed 390 kmph mark. even if it doesnt the bugatti veyron surely will. so can anyone make a nice koenigsegg cc?
