This car deserves a 13% because all he did was shrink the size of an EA traffic car.

So? Its a cool idea though. Some wouldnt know how to work CarCAD or Mrc.

Jus try to MAJORLY edit a car. Like remodel it, fix the EA errors, make new rims, and since this is NFS3, make it more 3D. Then its worth downloading.
