I had use MS Paint and Paint.net.
The last is a very easy to use program, powerfull and looks like MS Paint.

Whit VIVwizard, import the TITLES.qfs and export it as BMP. Then modify and import as BMP.

so i imported it to viv wizard and exported it into C:/ Program files/Elecronic Arts/NeedForSpeed III/fedata/art as and art file but it wont work

and getnikko just right click on the installer and select propertys and then choose run in compatabillity mode for win 98

actually you can no need to change file type. Just import it then copy the image in VIV Wizard then paste into Paint or something. Then edit it. Then paste your edited masterpiece into the file viewed in VIV Wizard.
