How did you edit the skin.viv with the headlights?

Its the standart Skin.viv Data. I edit the vehicle.ini data.
well can u help me make the ts50 with flashing headlights?
because when i do that thing with the vehicle.ini the lights appear in the center of the car

its not difficult! i do that sort of thing all the time! its not hard at all. basically what you got to do is add the lights you want flashing to cop lights, (note: to do this, go to vehicle config in the selected car file) make sure they look like this....

Sorry, he means the positions x,y,z were the Taillights flash. His Taillights flashing in the center of the car !

Could any 1 make either a monroeville pa cop car and/or a pennsylvania state trooper for hot persuit 2 on a crown vic or 'stang? i've bin waitin for about 2 yrs for oun ov doos
