hello Robin,

I'm sure you've heard this a hundred times. but you are amazing! If i had a choice all my cars on HP2 would be yours. You might be the best on this site. Question: So do you work as an artist, programmer?. or are you an auto enthusiast who does this as a hobby? Any chance of seeing the cars you built for MW on HP2? Being the neophyte that i am, i have no idea how difficult a conversion would be. I'm actually planning on buying most wanted, just so i can drive your cars! One quick question, is damage built into the main program of the game, or is it incorporated into the car files? Just asking cause none of the cars i've downloaded from here have any damagability. I figure you oughta know the answer to this.

@rockeroller , My hobby always was the creation of music, but i left this for modeling when i saw cars in NFSHP2 game, they looked like real. Then i started modeling and put in my cars into the game. Now after years finally i have access to the internet and decided to convert some of them to NFSMW. Read post 163 in my topic, there is explanation about uploading my cars for NFSHP2. Of course i always was a big enthusiast of old american full size cars. Phew, it looks like my biography HEHE :)
NFSHP2 damages are disabled in my cars (see vehicle.ini [damage] disabled=1) because groups of vertices are assigned to bones, and animation of that bones are coded in "animbank".o files, every car have own "animbank.o" file. On the other hand i didn't saw more damages in game except scratches and hood damage, propably XBOX version have more damages, of coures maybe i'm wrong.

@ChEaTeR9306 explanation how to convert cars to NFSMW is here: http://www.nfscars.net/forum/showthread.php?t=18831.
If you still got problem ask but not here, on that forum.

Any plans to do similar R body cars like the Dodge St Regis or the New yorker? would be only needing modifications to front and rear. the 5th ave for 79 would be a great car to drive in this game. love your work so far it's fantastic!!!! your FURY III is another GEM, waiting eagerly to see what else you come up with.

@Tiberius - In my plans was (forNFSMW) '79Newport and '81Newport, '79St.Regis, '79NewYorker,'81GranFury as bodykits, but i resigned.
There will be no more my cars for NFSHP2.

well if you do them for Most wanted that will be good enough too, I know how time consuming these can be- and perhaps with your permission some one can convert them down to the older games. sadly the only time I get now is to play the occasional game. it sounds like you had the idea to do all, and I hope you can, when you can.

I read the Thread for your work and now I understand your reasons for the NFSHP2 it really is a shame when someone will use your hard work as their own. I see some only use particular people to do the conversions and it is important to post credits. hope you will continue to do those, really Great stuff you're doing. I donate brocures on line from time to time to help modelers who need reference materials at the old car manuals project. www.tocmp.com
