ok
download the file extract the folder and you will have mwtextureconvertor
open the mwtex click right click load and go to your most wanted directory
chose the car you want and open the VINYL-bin file and you will see what is inside
chose the vinyl and click right on the vinyl
export the vinyl and after click right on the vinyl and click on import
chose the new vinyl and click on the vinyl
P.S. you have the simple vinyl and the mask vinyl do the same way
