Description
Windowed mode for Need For Speed:Undercover. Copy the two files inside this file and paste them in your Need For Speed:Undercover root file. To go there right click on your Need for Speed:Undercover icon and click "Find Target" (for Windows XP users) or "Open File Location" (for Windows Vista users). If you can't find the icon Click Start -->Run (or "Accessories --> Run" for Vista users). Paste this : "C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Undercover" into the field. Copy the two files inside this file and paste them inside the new window. When done run the game. It should start windowed. If you find it complicated please leave a message! Read the ReadMe if you don't understand. Cheers! =P

It doesn't work.
As a matter of fact, without reading all of the descripiton, I know it is a D3D9 file.
For me, ANY D3D9 windowed mode doesn't work for me...
So I'm still waiting for something working...
whats the point of using windowed mode? i think FS is better
you can do other stuff when you play in windowed mode...
yeah ... instead of Alt+Tab ...
DXWnd can do the same if you're having problems with this one.
3danalyze works well
