Start NFS-TexEd, open FrontB.lzc, go to texture #192, replace it with MANUFACTURER_VOLKSWAGEN.dds, go to texture #367 and replace with SECONDARY_LOGO_R32.dds
Open NFS-CfgEd and import R32.u2car
