After a few suggestions, I have remade my replacement siren for NFS4.
What is new in version 2:
-Siren fades out completely
-After watching an episode of COPS, I realized that the english siren is suposed to sound like the german siren and that the german siren is supposed to sound like the english siren, so I switched those
