Installation: Open NFS-TexEd, then open GlobalB.lzc from C:/Program Files/EA Games/Need for Speed Underground 2/GLOBAL or where is your game installed , select texture#6, go to Texture>Import, select the license plate texture and click save. Now start your game and enjoy it!
