1.How to install New lincense plate for NFS Undercover:
Use NFSTexED to open GlobalB.lzc and GlobalB.bun and replace -LICENSEPLATE (for this textures have a ID 23)
-LICENSEPLATE_N textures (for this textures have a ID 54)
2.Lincense plate created by geonfsmw (George Danyel) with Adobe Photoshop CS6
3.Enjoy and Have fun!
