open the RX7 VINYLS.BIN
{C:\……….\Need For Speed Underground 2\CARS\RX7\VINYLS}
Replace "RX7_UNIQUE_4_EYEPILE.dds" and "RX7_UNIQUE_4_EYEPILE_MASK.dds"
then save the bin.
In the game the vinyl can be found in the Unique Vinyls
