This will make the loading screen and title screen this image.
Read the Readme for instructions on how to install this.
WARNING:
If you have used the Underground 2 car modifier program or any other program that modifies the globalb.lzc file, replacing the globalb.lzc file will erase any modifcations done to your globalb.lzc file (except for the new title screen of course).
I have included the image itself ready to be edited in with nfs tex ed in case anyone needs to keep any modifications to their globalb.lzc file intact.
