Description
Hi guys, this is my first ever uploaded mod and it changes the behavior of the traffic vehicles.
Features:
– traffic becomes faster (may reach around 100+ kmph if you follow them for a short while)
– they don't stop anymore after getting hit by the player or anything,
– they become more clever so they try to avoid from crashing you head to head, though they're still kinda slow for that,
– they don't obey laws anymore :P (like they can drive through the opposite lane)
– THIS AFFECTS POLICE CARS EITHER. Now they will drive like crazy while looking for you. Though they will be ok during chases.

(sorry, I'm too lazy to make a separate video for this mod, though maybe I'll make a showcase later).
Installation: just replace your speed.exe with the one you're going to download. Make a backup first!
