IGN has a 3 page article up. They say about 25% is drifting... whoopdy crap. Also, cops aren't as prominent. Good info though.

Here's the good news on cops, if you saw the developer interview video on gamestop, at the end of it the guy said that they've improved the cop expierence quite a bit from MW and that in a way they're more important and better integrated into the story than MW, the main thing is that even though the focus won't be completely on the cops and even though you might not ecounter them as much the guy basically said overall they will be very important and that they will be faster, smrter and tougher when you do encounter them.

Also after seeing some of the screenshots from IGN I'm glad to see the AI has a better taste in visual customization than in MW.

In terms of gameplay, Need for Speed Carbon stays true to the open world framework of its predecessors but manages to trick it out considerably. The core experience has you traveling through the massive city that is the main stage for the game's action and challenging other crews for control of their territory.

In other words yes there will be roaming mode ;)

Personally, I think the Camaro with the bodykit, blower and stripes looks like a Hot Wheels... lol.
