Hey So I want to top out my cars correctly as if their was a way to create to create a runway like road with no obstructions or if someone can lead me the correct path to use tools to do this.

you can try the highway in the center of the map. from the start to the begining. i tested porche gt, murschelago, mclaren slr. (full tuned) the gear ratio on normal (not on acceleration, not top speed...just in the middle) the fastest car was the SLR, i reached 396 klm/h! 387 was the porche gt.

Or there is the drainage ditch on the east side of the map...not nearly as long, though...

Just use the highway system through the center of the map. I was able to top all of my cars out there.

Ever heard of doing 529km/h in Ford GT? That's mine with Manual & Drafting.

in the highway i test my SLR , that was fast!! i got 387 KMH. is cool crash a civil car like a sedan or a cruise civic cop (level 1) going in a muscle car going to 387 kmh

Lamborghini Gallardo on the highway, no drafting, just pure HP, Pure Top Speed, Drift Tires, Spoiler and Kit, Max Power nitrous = 508KPH in manual. It flashes 509 briefly so my guess is it's probably around 508.8kph or something like that.

no if u use manual which i don't usually btw u can get a mclaren to 517km/h uing a drafter in waterfront road sprint number 4 put the engine on horsepower and transmition on top speed but that's manual with automatic it's 452 or 453.

My top is the 529 of the Ford GT, but I usually drive a Viper with super acceleration and a top speed of 400 km/h. The car is nearly perfect. The handling is very bad, but with the speedbreaker is easy.
