I was flipping through the Carbon folders and came across these files:

MINI_MAP_CASINOTOWN_LOCKED.bin
MINI_MAP_CASINOTOWN_UNLOCKED.bin

Anybody know what or where Casino Town is? Is it the far Northern part of the city? Where Darius' crew hangs out?
