I downloaded the UK version. Double clicked and after running a dos console thing for a few seconds i was presented with a little word file which i believe is a sign to show the patch has been installed. However when i play Carbon, on the title screen it says 1.2 as opposed to 1.3.

Any help guys?

Which 1.3 UK did you install? There is the regular and the CE, which Carbon do you have?

Im sure i have the normal Carbon however was wondering what the CE actually is i.e. what are the differences

CE=Collector's Edition. Try downloading the regular patch, but make sure it is the regular UK patch and not the CE UK patch.

Yeh when i load it up it doesnt say collectors edition so im sure it isnt.

Theres no drag races in Carbon. It probably got replaced by drift.
