why no nitro? its pretty good to boost your time, and thats all you need.

i just got the cash for it ... that and a couple more performance ...
now getting 7.13

wow ... this is nuts ...
started tuning the suspension and just posted a 6.81
and the front wheels arent even touching the ground

If you are wheelieing try stock suspension rather than stage 2. It keeps the wheels down and therefore decreases times :D

how did you tune it?

i've got a GT500 with all stage 3 parts, won a stage 4 suspension. minimum tuning and only getting regions of 7.50

I have a '07 Shelby GT500 which runs 6.70 with stage 3 parts for everything except suspension which is stage 2. Tuning is minimal so far, I just needed a sub 7s car for the prelims before the Drag Queen.

I softened the rear tire pressures. Softened the rear suspension. Stiffened the rear sway bar to max (don't need the car twisting on launch) stiffened the front suspension and increased the front tire pressures a bit. Also adjusted gear ratios to max out for 1/4 in 4th gear (saves time on shifting and lowers times slightly).

just tried tuning somewhat like you did and i got a 6.70 too

now gotta start working on that time

edit: just got 6.60

Works pretty well but so far I have only really spent about 20mins working out drag setups. I have a bit of Real Life knowledge on car setups so i just applied that. Ingame however there are weird things that affect it. But it works relatively well :)

I tuned the camaro concept somewhat like that and got under 7's
what you 1st and 4th gear ratios
