How are u going to modify it like? Would u rice it up with bodykits or do u like stock looks? If u get to buy yourself a car, what would it be?

I will modify it by putting good rims & a spoiler. Thats it. Rest, my dad wont allow. Here, this is the most modified car & Lancer stands next. People like their looks & so choose to modify them only the most.

In India, there arent much variety. I will buy Honda Accord most probably or Hyundia Sonata Embera. If I earn much money, maybe a Gallardo or a Murcielago someday.

Has the front end of a late 90's US Civic with the rear similar to a Hyundai, interesting.

Yeah I like Gallardo & Murcielago, but not even many people own them in Australia. Those dream cars are always for the very rice people, but of course they're available in my country. If earn a lot of money, I would buy a SALEEN S7 Twin Turbo, Mercedes SLR McLaren, Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4, Ferrari F430 & Reventon if there are on sale, but there only 20 on the planet.:(

Rims: good idea.

Spoiler: Bad idea.

Rims: I've got a Civic that is very similar to your City there. The rims (steelies) you have right now look like 14" right now (like mine). I'd probably go for 16" or 17", or else you're just gonna have a bumpy ride. :x

Spoiler: No offence or anything, but they're useless for ~120 HP cars and create more drag than you need to. Their main purpose on cars is to help create downforce at high speeds, or for some supercars, to assist braking.

Engine mods is probably where you'll want to be focussing on, if your family lets you! :D

It looks nice in spoiler. I like this spoiler. Suits more to the car. Not the other which spoils them. This is simple. :)

Take a look at this picture:-

& this is how it looks when modified:-

& its 102bhp machine.

106 bhp here! hehe

Anyways, something like that looks nice, but won't do much for you! But go for it! :P

Very nice upgrades! Do you notice any difference in handling from the new wheel package?

SLZ Roadstar
12-08-2009, 06:36 AM
Yup...the handling has improved by over 40%. Ride quality too has improved. There are less bumpy rides now & the car gets good grip now.

Nice Honda man. They are great cars. Me myself I have a 1998 Honda Civic LX.

This threads about your car so I thought it better not to post any pics of my own.

I like the new wheels, but it needs a little lowering so that the wheels 'fit' the wheel arches, if you know what I mean. ;)

Nice ride dude...i live in India too (Pune) and thats by far one of the cleanest city's i hav seen here..far better than the horribly riced out ones (wid huge bodikits and ugly spoilers!!) wich i get to see everyday on my way to school......
