i keep trying to download the uc save editor but when i try to open it it says invalid initialization:(
could someone tell me whats wrong?

you need to install the net framework version 2.0 or greater in order for it to run properly if I am not mistaken.

i have it installed.

Then I am not sure how to help you out.
