Whether it be a game mode, something you noticed, or a car (not lists), make a comment about it here, and we'll take these comments and forward them to the World Developers for consideration.

Two things off the top of my head. The game lags when the news feed is opened and in a lesser issue, the S15 has engine audio has the sound of a G35.

Based on the promised improvements I saw proposed in the other thread, not much more to contribute.

Not much to suggest but I do have few bugs to report:

- LP560-4 collision boxes aren't accurate [car's left and right side can move into a wall about 5 inches deep]

- L5 cop cars can sometimes spawn on top of each other [only 2], happens with SUVs too

- everywhere aside from safehouse, cars look like their tires sink ~2 inches into the road

- 370z skidmarks don't match the track width/tire offsets

- AI and cop engine audios seem a lot louder than player cars'

- opening friends listing can randomly make the game lag for few seconds or completely freeze it; from what I heard, it happened to quite a lot of players

- LP560-4 vinyl mapping isn't 100% symmetrical: mirroring a vinyl and placing it correctly within its mirror image leaves asymetry, with Lamborghini hood badge looking as if it was moved to the left, assuming you look from the front

- driving over a spikestrip while in cooldown will not burst your tires

- certain T3 cars like M3 or R8 boost to speed too high when starting race with perfect launch; eg. launch boost ends at 140MPH instead of 125MPH [reported by another player, SLITCH]

- perfect launch skill descriptions are identical for levels 1 and 2

- large green road information signs [eg. Campus Interchange - 1 mile] do not cast their reflections on car bodies; only the metal support beams do

- cop and traffic cars can randomly disappear even when not hit or passed

- water tower pursuit breaker in Camden [near Fire Halls and Boardwalk] has a collision box much larger than the structure itself

- 'Cop Cars Deployed' counter next to Evade/Bust meter doesn't register some of cop cars spawned in a chase

- post-race reward card will randomly appear blank or definitely appears as blank if player's name wasn't registered on the race results table

- Heat 5 SUVs will sometimes disappear from roadblocks/spikestrips when oncoming SUV ram script is triggered; same [but very rarely] might happen to Heat 5 Corvettes

- in certain tunnels [eg. tunnel closest to starting line of Country Club circuit] SUV rams can be triggered up to 3-4 times but only if player was hit head-on or tagged during one of the rams

- some pursuit breakers like stadium ones, take more than 4 minutes to respawn, or do not respawn at all during a chase


Most of bugs described here are my own sightings, others are info from World players.

Unsure of whether to put this in here or not, since this seems to revolve more around gameplay than anything else, but could there potentially be a need for a server Asia-Pacific, if not Down Under? Or has it already been discussed that no such thing will happen?

By the way, I think this suggestion might be helpful.

I think NFS World should have more specific Video settings like in the new NFS. My laptop couldn't run on higher settings so I wanna select some options to do the best choice.

And, more specific race options like traffic on/off or maybe others.

Drop the N20 as a power-up (rechargeable tank - 1-2 min recharge) and replace it with a instant N20 fill up power-up. Also put 1-2 random power ups as race rewards -i had hard times with the lucky cards-

We need a Challenge Mode, a 1 on 1 mode where you can challenge another racer to test your car or your skills.

- Lucky Cards could show more likely money or rep rewards when finishing a race or chase without using any powerups. (If you don't use any powerups you don't need new powerups. But an extra 500 to 1000$ or so would be more useful in that case). Or rewards non powerup users diffrently.

- Allow to tread powerups (Example give 50 Nitros and get 5 Tireflats) or allow to give powerups to a frind Or even sell them for a bit of extra money

- NFS Most Wanted had in some areas rain effect. As World bases on Most Wanted, It could be fun to see sometimes this rain effect taking in (I don't expect car handling alternation, alone the visual effect would be nice).

It's hard to look a gift horse in the mouth, the full game being free and all now. But there are a couple of things that would seem like a good idea to me.

1) I would like to be able to work on my paint and vinyls offline. I know this will probably never happen, but it would relieve the servers for EA too. Just a thought.

2) I would like to get more money for online races where only two people show up. Getting penalized for low participation is a bit of a drag. It seems when I do get a chance (west coast USA) to play in the evening, that everyone else in the country has gone to bed allready. Two and three player races are the norm for me at level 11.

1. Add more cars you already got licensed from Carbon and Most Wanted for variety.
We have a deficit of Grand Tourers, sports cars, Porsche, Aston, Jaguar etc. everywhere.



Maybe, adding to the spirit of the game, add powerups inherent to cars. Eg. Speedbreaker physics (without bullet time obviously) which would act differently upon different cars. When used, Light ones would be insanely agile, heavy ones - able to PIT anyone. Or a GT powerup, on MW's Highway stretches, increasing speed when not hitting traffic.

When this would be used, other car's disadvantages would be amplified. Elise uses that, and an M6 feels heavy and shit, but a rival Elise feels underpowered.

I agree about 2)

Besides, why make us earn less if we race 1v1?

If guys at EA played their own game even once, they would notice that most of time its still a 2,3 man race and the rest is just far, far behind. Technically we get more money because someone is 30 seconds behind us, while we race only 1 or 2 people.

1) Increase player engine sound.

2) Increase rep and cash rewards for races and pursuits. They're ridiculously low now.

3) Reduce price of new cars and increase the price by which you can sell your car.

4) Allow players to sell/buy cars to/from other players. A creative livery designer could make a lot of money with this.

5) Make police backup work like it did in MW and Carbon, with a timer for when backup arrives, during which cops shouldn't spawn as much.

i agree with all of the above except keeping nos as a powerup.... i liked underground 2 and most wanted nos. it pissed me off when prostreet had a fixed amount of nos that you could only stop by braking...

my ideas:

1) add more race types... im only level 5 but so far ive only seen circuit and sprint races. you should maybe add drift events and especially drag races. they were probably the most fun in every nfs game ever made.

2) i know this might sound stupid... but we could have actual race courses ingame so its not all based around illegal street racing (also im gettin pissed at the traffic)

3) has events organised by EA where you could win a car ingame or something every week. could be like a sprint tournament. would be alot of fun but it would need vehicle restrictions so a lvl 2 doesnt go up against a lvl 30 with an audi r8 :S.

On nitrous, i suggest a fixed amount on it (or a very slow recharge time) and turn the current n20 powerup into instant N20 refill.

To me the Nitrous can stay as a power-up, it works well as it is.

1. Definitely a lot more cars.
[Also the prizes should slower go upward, for a better car.]

2. I would really like to see drag races in World.
[maybe the part from the never finished NFS would be good for that? I saw some kind of airport, which would be good to use. Also i want pure highway-(drag)races.]

3. The race editor! I would love to make my own races; this is my most important improvement.
[Ive had some contact with Drew a while ago, so i thought id ask him if we can expect to see the race editor coming to the World, but i had no response on that.]

4. A small request: Earlier unlockable basic vinyls (theyre unlocked at level 20 now!)
[This way everyone can drive around in a good-looking car. (As far as people are creative :P)]


And i cant wait for the new performance customization! This will totally make the game more interesting to play :)

another one from me concerning the starter pack:
make it so the starter pack only unlocks some exclusive high performance cars or new mods or something because restricting people to level 10 if they dont buy it makes the game a demo as already stated in another topic. if this game is really a free to play online game then why is continuation restricted to people who pay. in every other free online game paying customers only get more features but the game are still there for free to play.

also i agree that the new car prices for tier 2 cars should be lowered drastically.

Right now, World is rubbish. I think adding a pursuit mode to World would be a brilliant idea and make it more exciting. True, Hot Pursuit is coming out, but if World gets one as well, it could be like an awesome double pack..sort of..

There's a team evade pack to be released in the near future, that will be bringing life back to world for a lot of players.

- Implement turning signals and high- and low-beam light. A horn would be nice, too. It's a lot easyer to cruise together when you know where your partner wants to go. The ability to honk and flash the high beam lights would be a good way to communicate without words I think.

Also, you know in WoW how there are missions and shit in a storyline thing?

You could make races in which you don't race your own car, but people get assigned to carbon crews or something.

Or recreating old legendary races, like Mustang vs M3 GTR from MW.

Great idea.


For start take that Mustang GT vs BMW M3 GTR race in Most Wanted, and maybe, just maybe, that race from Carbon's intro with Supra, DB9, Camaro SS and ....RX-7?



Separate section for "special" races would be fun. And in those races, you could pick which car you want to drive out of those participating in that race.

Maybe introduce this as a challenge series mode, which would reward something else than cash and rep....maybe a 1-time only reward in form of a performance upgrade used in those cars? (e.g a part from the BMW M3 GTR....)

I would totally play that, if only to repeatedly kick Razor's *** with the M3 GTR.

(and to finally finish that race and see where is the finish line :P)

Obviously i do realise it will take at least 5 years for them to implement that (if they ever actually DO that) and then another year to bugfix it.

That won't be necessary, sir. They'll add Tri-City and there's plenty places which will look like Olympic at night in there already.

The biggest would-be challenge here is getting cars in. Cos you see dude, there isn't even a Mustang in World, any Mercs etc... so it would be hard to recreate most of them.

Another nice thing would be a takedown mode - basically chasing an opponent with race physics and ramming the hell out of them (just execute it better than Undercover), with some cop rules in (side impacts taking most health etc). If that were implemented, a Cop Mode could be made, and with normal police you could do the Hot Pursuit-style thing or stop the guy.

Working with this In-race health idea (nothing to do with Durability), there could be health penalties for getting smashed by SUVs, and also give Health Powerups (basically like Runflats for spikes).

All this is an opportunity for EA to get people to buy more BOOST. Come think of it, '2-day Anti-cop God Mode' bundled with Unlimited Runflats? That'd sell. But they should make it possible to play without it, which would limit pursuit times and make you more careful. Still, awards for pursuits right after each other ('Continue Pursuit' button on Cooldown Screen, cashing in your achievements and regenerating health). Think of it as a modern FPS thing.

Put EA Cards in Europe - this persuades more to buy as it's a physical thing you buy, and is more assuring for careful/paranoid people (like me for example). I givez moneys and gets card in returnz

I wonder how long will it take them to add some more cars, just as an example.


We were supposed to get 5 new cars first, Supra, Evo X, 911 Turbo, 135i(not sure) and M3 E92.

We got only first two, and rest was rental only.
Months later, 911 Turbo is released for permanent purchase , speedboost only.


How long will it take for the other 2 cars?
Will it be like this for every added vehicle?

I don't really care, I think it'll be OK if they make all new cars BOOST-buyable only, but add a SHITLOAD of cars.

Exactly. I think getting 600,000 in cash is stupidly time-consuming so I just can't be bothered.

So what I think is that they're should be BOOST only for ages and then available to buy. That way EA has more moneys.

Which consequently means more attention to the game and making it better

I hope they don't overprice Acura NSX, Eclipse GSX, 3000 GT and the GT-R SpecV because im not passing on any of those.....that is if i live long enough to see their release.


I wonder if they will make a special edition car for every previous NFS.
Undercover is certainly going to be in there, to be honest i count on a Porsche 959 Porsche Unleashed/Porsche 2000 Edition, but im not sure if that is possible.
So far they did NFS Underground, Hot Pursuit, Shift, Pro Street. A lot more to go.
Might as well just take Underground 2 :P



Skyline R34 had a fair price, Shift R8 too, but 911 Turbo and Seacrest County R8 were too expensive.

Lets hope they will keep the prices on ~3k boost in future, obviously excluding Tier 1 cars(if there will be any) and tier 3 cars.

I dont want to wake up one day and see any of cars i wanted to buy sold for 5000 boost..

I think a major car performance revamp is needed.

The game can't have better or worse cars in the class, unless specified with higher BOOST costs, like TT-RS.

Therefore, in Tier 1 there shouldn't be a Silvia/Mazda3 domination. Eclipse should be the GT of the group with its big V6 and some weight, should be easier to attain high speeds and have beefy acceleration, and not loose as much speed when hitting traffic. Mazda 3 should be somewhere in the middle, getting high speeds, handling better, but hitting traffic should be harder. Silvia and AE86 should be best in the corners and hard to get high speeds.

Charger and Challenger should be adequately fast but absolute juggernauts with only slight effect of traffic hits

You forgot the fact that the Silvia is the Spec-R one (250hp; 1250~ kg), so it's fast as the Mazdaspeed3, but in RWD.

According to what I've heard, Bayview (yes, the Underground 2 Place), is actually In NFS World, but apparently the producers have no interest of "unlocking" it, not just yet. ;)

This could also explain some of the "Locked" (blue barriers with X markings on them) highways of the Game.

Well I have a lot of suggestions for this game:

1. New Race moods: Drag, Drift, Dual, Pink Slip.

2. Increasing city area: Adding UG, UG2, UC [Hot pursuit 2010, HP2(if possible)]

3. Pink slip car revive card.

The pink slip car revive card(If pnik slip race is added):
I can revive my car which I lost in the pink slip race. But the owner of the pink slip race will also have the car.
This will inspire people to play pink slip races more otherwise there won't be much player to play pink slip races.


4. All thing buyable with gamecash along with speedboosts.

5. Visible reallike damage: (like in uc car damage)

6. Advanced graphics settings.

7. Advance Control settings.

8. Custom track/route creating system: Create your own custom route and race (Singel player, Multi Player & Private match).

9. More visual customizaition: from u2.

10. Cops should chase us in the race too.

11. Daily Time attack challenges.

12. Driver animation.

13. speedtrap.

14. optional: Interior customization would be cool like interior leather colour changing ( like in PU)

15. outrun: Getting 100 m away from the oponent.

16. Remove Nitrous from power ups. Make it a parformence part.

17. Ferrari Cars.

18. More graphics features.

19. GPS System to track and go to any place in the map.

After all this is NFS WORLD. There should be everything from all NFS GAMES. :D

Might happen, but it depends on how whether the Devs feel like putting that much work into the game or not. Probably the next map expansion we'll see is the Canyons/City Connectors expansion that they've been working on for over six months now.

I think they are probably leaning towards this in the future. Although honestly, I'll be happy if they just separate the spoilers from the bodykits.
