I know the other NFS games have been out for awhile, but usually how long does it take for you modders to mod NFSHP2K10?

Considering there's no demo for PC, they can't really do anything.

As for after launch, there's many aspects which apply to the release of mods, mainly the file format and how extensive the data is for each car, etc.
