i have seen some screenshots with policecars - is it possible to drive them? - if yes: how?

Through hacking yes normal gameplay only the Nissa GT-R in the mission Grand Theft Auto 5-1-0 and online modes but the server for the game is offline for good. You can download some game saves which have the police cars in the garage.

use a savegame editor to drive ped and cop vehicles

ok but which one??? I just know some, where you can edit your money, your bounty and unlock all cars and parts... but none like that great one for most wanted, where you can choose your first car and your start money etc.
