How do you change colour of the stripes on the Shelby GT500 KR in UC?

It would seem this is only happening to my game as seen here as this person can change his stripes.I don't know about his tuning.

My guess is to go into the vinyls section and check if any vinyls are enabled.

Where would that be as I have looked?

I go this for the word palette but I ma not going for blue but black stripes which I can't get.This is all of the GT500KRs not the GT500.I can change the stripes on that car.

There is a bug in the version 1.0.1.18 of Undercover, you can't change the colour of the stripes on the GT500KR ;)
