It is found usually on the drivers side of the windsheild towards the bottom, however is usually only visable from the outside of the car. In this case though, I am assuming you are talking about that car design game. The VIN number is actually kinda like a HEX code. I figured out what each character ment, however I forget at the moment. Through trial and error method you can find out which character does what. If you can figure them out, you can make your car go really high in the air or extremely low, to the point where the wheels stick out of the top of the car. I once posted a car I had done that to. EDIT: ok, i went back and figured it out. The first character is which car, and then it continues down the list on the right. Second being paintjob, third is ride height etc. I have this for a modified one which allows the car to be extra low!
