Is there any way to update to V 1.03 without uninstalling, deleting, re-downloading (via Origin) and re-installing Shift 2?

Note that those cars you see in the directory were not there in version 1.00 of Shift 2 (the one from EA download manager when the game was first released). The directories do show up in version 1.02.
