As per my opinion it's Silvia for new comer to have the safe start and build the confidence for the more advanced one.

silvia is the best not only for new comers but for experienced one too..put some good parts on silvia and it can give a fair competition to mr2(current best t1 car for race)...believe me i had beaten mr2 with mine :P
