Oh really? I seriously doubt someone else has cracked those file formats. That means it's impossible for you to have this particular stuff (until now).

Oh, then you're refering to the EA Crew Edition - the unlocker that screws up saved games, right?

Competizione: I haven't tested that. But one thing is certain - it doesn't screw up saved games.

EDIT 2: I just tested it and it works with autolog but wen I go for a multiplayer match it asks me to reedem a code, I can hit the reedem code and it gives me a error... So yeah.. Awesome work though! :D But I hope you can edit it so that it works online... :|

It is just that people around here are not quite interested with hacks. The reason is we have strict rules in this place regarding discussion of trainers, cracks, and other related matters but I'm not saying you've done something illegally.

Simply put, we don't normally take interests for small hacks but we do pay attention when someone tries to and/or implement modding tools for an NFS game.

Nicely done in this sort of patch. Yes you are correct, it is different from the one circulating in the internet and perhaps much better, so I'd say great job on this one.

Those cars could have some other references to the DLCs, that's why it wants you to reedem code (because you have the DLCs, but it's not "authorized").

I take another look at those cars.

However, the game file checks could still shuffle things around. I don't think they're there, but I can't rule them out (yet)

@mnn: Your unlocker doesn't unlock the Dr Pepper cars, does it? Could you please make them playable as well?

tgomola: Weird, I remember removing DLC restriction on Porsche Cayman S. I'll take another look at this.

Edit: OK, I've found out that Dodge Viper SRT10 was the only car left with Dr. Pepper DLC restriction. I'll make an update later.

I'm really happy about this unlocked it's better because it doesn't stuff up savefiles and i can't wait for the dr. Pepper cars :D

OK! So I found that this gitches the game! doesn't let you play, only view the cars wile selecting them.

What do you mean by that? I've never experienced this.

I think "new" cars don't have bounty restrictions. I'll recheck that.

what I mean by this is that I have tested with a race and free roam with any car(not only the DLC cars) and it crashes the game as soon as it starts loading. I have checked and its not my PC problem and the game is working fine without the mod.

OK, there's a bug with saving. I'm working to fix it.

This could really get me back into Hot Pursuit...especially if you managed to get the Porsche Unleashed DLC cars.

But any kind of progress is nice, and to be honest im happy someone is trying.

Quick Question, can you still play Online and have connection to Autolog? I saw another unlocker for dlc cars under tools section and it advices that the online feature will be locked.

So all DLC's which were released for the Consoles, are already stored on the PC Disc but locked? How about the Special Race Modes?

This mod lets you have DLC cars that where a pre-order only (FOR PC ONLY), like the doctor pepper one and the limited edition one as well. The DLC that got released to the consoles, where only to the consoles via download. There was never a PC version.

Also yes, you can play online with mnns mod.

About the DLC port from consoles to PC, he did say that it will take some time to be finished. So only what we can do is wait... :)

This is only for cars which are already present in PC version, only disabled/enabled depending on the version you have.

Actually I started reverse-engineering Bundle format since late June this year - I only got to models in late August-early September. Since then everything slowed down a bit, but still progressing.

And please - there's currently nothing new regarding porting DLC cars to PC, so please limit your discussion to the my unlocker. As soon as I get a breakthrough I'll inform you, guys.

Working fine for me, drove the 370Z and Cayman S coupe versions. Just got one problem, which class is the Panamera in? I can't find it.

This is an amazing mod, it really got me back into playing Hot Pursuit.
I wish you luck in putting more of the DLC cars into the game, I can't wait to see the turn out of it.

Somehow the game got a whole lot better for me, after downloading the mod and unlocking coupe versions of some cars.

Now i can drive a proper Veyron, and not some convertible thing :P. I just find it weird, doing 400 km/h in a Convertible.


And about unlocking cars that werent meant to be used by anyone, do you mean traffic cars or what? :rolleyes5

Uhh, sorry I have very limited knowledge about all this 3D stuff, so sorry that the render is incomplete/incorrect/inaccurate and untextured. If somebody is willing to explain me a bit of this over a chat/PM, I would be glad to make proper renders.

In theory that's possible. However, in reality those cars wouldn't have all necessary data, which a driveable vehicle needs to have, hence many crashes :)
