which one is better???

as much of a Auto mod fanatic i am. i'd have to go with TXR0

i never tried AM and i have TXR0 so i guess i like TXR0 better.

I also haven't played AM so I guess I like TXR0 more even tough I think TXR0 should be longer (most games I have played seem too short :mrgreen:)

no wayz that game is good for nothing! only the graphics are good and it has tsukuba circut. ebreak doesnt even work or do anything! theres no way you can tune your car to slide. :x

to me drift and slide is the same thing. now days the word 'drift' is used soo much much now days... even more than the FnF days when 'NOS' was around.

in Initial D Special Stage u cant drift..i think its the same thing as Initial D Arcade Stage at the arcades :|

I havn't played Auto M yet but V4S has shown me how good that game really looks. I've been played TXR0 for about a week already and I think Auto M would have to be very convincing to top TXR0... I love takin my 1000+HP R32 out and killing anything on the street. But this is what I don't get. I've been playing on my friends memory card. That Skyline and most of the other cars on his memory card have more HP numbers than the cars I would be able to hook up myself. How? They can't be cars by team leaders since they look stock and I they don't have gameshark codes for that right? Shouldn't all the parts be unlocked for all the cars I buy? I would love to have a great setup on that Supra with the TRD widebody..1000+ horses... :twisted:

Devin your problem is either he has a gameshark and he has the "Quick mile gain cheat" on. when you get more than 2,000 miles on your car you unlock muffler 8 and engine 7. if he doesnt have a gameshark he probly leave his car on auto pilot and leaves the PS2 on overnight. hope that awnsers your question.

ps- now i know what you were talking about the 1,000hp "cheat" for TXR0. for some reason i thought you ment 1,000MPH! hehe

In my opinion, i own both games, and i believe that Auto Modellista wins but just by a tiny bit. :P But i think Auto Modellista has its ups and downs! Ups include: Real sponsors, awesome cars, a handbrake, and HKS products are in the game! Downs include: too short, (took me three days to beat) :twisted: The camaro and mustand could have looked better :cry:, and i think the mustangs performance sucks in that game! It takes 7.6 seconds to get up to 60 mph after all the levels of tuning and the gear ratios set on acceleration! :twisted: Buy Auto Modellista if u like cartoons and handbrakes!

Actually you have to go 1864 miles to unlock the level 8 engine, level 7 muffler, and the level 5 suspension. Once you get that many miles your odometer will start flashing.
