Yup. Why not? We all are like family and helping each other is like kinda our duty. So first of all, go to the showroom and look at other user's rides to get an idea of how to nicely tune a car (and I'm not talking about ricing here). Then if you want you can release a car with what you learnt and wait for responses. Again, practice makes perfect and the more you learn the better you'll get. Also remember the most important thing :- A clean, non-riced, and very lightly tuned car can (sometimes) earn you full rating while a fully customized, tuned with bodykits, rims, spoilers and vinyls but a little less decent ride (which you think is very good) will get very poor ratings. Go to the showroom and find out yourself!
