NFSCars Shift Car Contest

I figure that it is getting to be the last several months before Shift is released, so we'll start a contest.

The requirements of this contest are simple, create a car, using any previous NFS games, and their paint, decals, and vinyls to make a track worthy 'sponsored' car. The more details, the better the car would look.

Some simple examples of this would be:





Use whatever means necessary in any NFS game from The Undergrounds all the way up to Undercover.

Post a screen shot of your car, in your favorite angle *IN THE GARAGE/SHOWROOM* which would depict a sponsored Race car the best.

This contest will run until the End of August, giving everyone a chance to put some time and effort into making their cars stunning.

Winners will be announced by the end of September after the judging has concluded.

Judging will be completed by all the staff of NFSCars, as well as maybe one or two 'special guest' judges.
Everyone is Welcome to participate, but may only enter once.

You may change your entries up until midnight PST on August 31, 2009, editing your original entry post.

one submission per user. You may update your submission as required until the final entry date. newest always replaces, any old submissions will not be saved, so you cannot ask to replace a new entry with an older one, you must resubmit your entry.

for uploading images, best to use imageshack, or photobucket, then pm the thumbnail and full size link.
image size does not matter.

This is very nice as a contest. I'll test my skills of tuner, as I have more then 200 cars in the showroom (!).

BTW, Is it replacing a bit the original NFS Cover Contest, as the Shift cover is already released?

i dont think so, this contest is about doing the pics inside of nfs, so just use the screenshot button and send it to us directly.

I'm mad my Underground 2 CD has broken into my CD Driver...

The point is not that I lost UG2, because I can download it anywhere from the internet, but it's that my driver is full of little CD pieces, and can not even close correctly, so I'll have to wait for another CD/DVD driver before starting my cars for the contest :/

additionally those who are using the ps3/360 versions can upload through needforspeed.com, then download their image from there.

ps3/360 users can also capture screenshots by using tv tuner.

It doesnt matter the form of which the image was taken. The cars are not judged on the quality of the image taken, but the quality of the car in the image.

Thats good. Though I've updated my screen resolution and car/world details to the max so you and the staff will see all the little tiny details in my car

Can it be all the cars from NFS or must it be the cars from Shift itself?

any car which came with any NFS from Underground to Undercover, addon cars will not be accepted. nor will addon vinyls

a boss car is not really worth submitting, as the car would not have many sponsors posted on it.
The judges will be looking at this.

lol, I'm already with four attempts of my cars... I'm trying to make the higest number of cars possible before the contest ends and then send to Sin my best car.
