Default Scuderia Ferrari™'s Projects - Lambo Concept S UPDATE 9-25-08 Ready for MW Conversion

Well I havent been around much as my life is in turmoiel and not going good. But I have come back to my Habbit of making cars since I saw that NFS:MW was about to be mod friendly. Well here are some shots of the 05' Maserati currently on. Hope you like.

OH almost forgot, I will show pics of the P4/5 Soon. LOL, the real car has not even had its debute yet. But I know the owner somewhat through Ferrarichat.com, there are limited pics currently. So I am waiting on particular pics and cant move foward till the car is shown at Pebbel Beach on the 20th to get it going. For those that don't know what the P4/5 in look on pininfarina.com . It's the new Enzo based one-off from Pininfarina.
Here's my wallpaper pic of it.

no words to describe
having tried to model this car, i can only marvel at the usual quality of your work, and the passion you put into these passion cars
especialy considering that the Birdcage is probably the most exiting supercar ever seen, beyond the enzo or any other
unfortunately i can't say as much about the one-off Enzo, but i'm sure you will do a great modeling job on it too

Indeed! indeed!

Those wheels are terrific! That´s the only thing I loved THE MOST on the P4/5 when I first saw pics of the real car.
I wanted them badly, and now I see a perfect representation of them here.

Awesome, I´m impressed, mate!

Some day I´ll make a lowpoly version of these wheels just for pleasure...
and throw them on my 612 Scaglietti. They will kick ass there.
Congratz about the modeling and welcome back!

Pics only I can never find bluprints for the cars I chose o well
Thanks for the comments.
The Maser' is sittin at 8636 polys for half as it is now. When I am done I will see where I can cut polys for the final, I know I can cut the wheels count down since even the corners are modeld and thats lots a rows of polys for that. But the body tends to look a lil funny if I cut it much.
I have 3 questions for anyone who knows.
1. Does anyone have a top shot of the Lambo Muria Concept
2. Has Arshun determined what size poly count NFS:MW will accept.
3. In order what cars would you all like to see finished first or at all, in case I want to start on one next (below).

1. 05' Maserati Birdcage75th by Pininfarina (DONE!)
2. 06' Ferrari P4/5 Pininfarina (DONE!)
3. 06' Lamborghini Miura Concept
4. 96' Ferrari FX - Sultan of Brunie (started long long ago and never finished)
5. 06' Ferrari FXX (In Progress)
6. Mercedes-Benz F400 Concept (made last year comp crashed and lost car)
7. 05' Maybach Excelero.
8. 05' Lamborghini Concept-S (In Progress)
9. 99' Bugatti Chiron concept (DONE!)

Beautiful work, The P 4/5 is indeed one of the sweetest designs from Pininfarina in a long time. If a person like Jota hadnt put his millions down this beauty would never have been seen. Anyhow lovely modeling the cars look great, I reallylike the P 4/5 more than the birdcage. Do you have a wireframe of the P 4/5? Either way looks great and look forward to more progress.

[GT]Icekid84:
Yea the age of custome one offs is coming back now that Pininfarina, Zagato and Gugarrio have started there "Special Customer Design Teams". (P4/5 wire at bottom )

Rackharrow: It has indeed happend and will been done shortly.

Here is the Birdcage75th as is with temporary textures in place(thanks for the carbon fiber texture Murc). The pipes and the area around them as well as the under cariage and the inside of the grill are all thats left to model on the body. Then brakes, rotors and Ect. Enjoy...

i-n-s-a-n-e
just insane beauty of a combined supercar which i can find no word for in real life, and breath taking modeling
just one question, about the rear diffusor, i have not seen pics for a while, but is the center part with exhausts really that low? looks like it will touch the ground here

Yea the dffusior is pretty low. It's just bellow "even" with the lowest parts of the body at the rear.
Yes the top is all Glass. go to Pininfarina.com to see the real car.

I can find three different versions of the middle of the rear diffiusor. The one above without the small rear cameras(one a rear view camera the other a distance calculator) in the black rubber. The one below with cameras and the one below that a metal plate. I think the plate version was the original show car version before it was made driveable. Then the next version was the one without cameras. And the third one once they figured they could not see backwards while driving. Also the triangular shaps cut into the area above the wheels in the rear were also on the final version. I was just showing these point incase people had only seen one version or another. I will be doing the final driveable version. Sorry for the size ot the last pic.

driveable is with the camera's, right? too bad, they don't look that good
then again a bit ugly metal plate doesnt fit well with the blue carbon

Which version do you prefer Murc?

1. Basic Concept Version (metal plate)
2. First Driveable Version (rubber, no cameras)
3. Final Driveable Version (rubber, cameras)

Thanks for all the comments everyone!!

Uhhh...
I got board so look what I bought for a $100 bucks
1/18 Bugatti Chiron 18/3 from Auto Art very very limited edition.

Now it should be very easy, once it gets here, to make and outstanding 3d model. I also got the front and back shots of the P4/5 so I can continue with it as well. I just nee a good top shot of the Lambo Miura Concept to have all I need. I will have to retitle this thread as?? I dont know? Something about all my cars I am working on currently. Modeling on the Birdcage is done I just have to tweek the mesh here and there where i see probs. I am not sure If I will do the interior yet. It would look funny with the roof see through glass. Unless someone can tell me how to get the glass dark enough to look right, I forgot how.

A man after my own heart. You dont let lack of blueprints stop you for a car. I admire that. THe Chiron was my favorite contender back when no one knew what Bugatti supercar would make it. There are very few usefull pictures as far as front back and rear views of that car so that really is your only chance to make it. I dont have 1/18s though... sadly the cars I really like are not popular enough to make in 1/18 and the ones they do are not quality enough or too damn expensive lol.

for the glass, texture it black, meaning totaly black, and make it high chrome. then as a reflection map, make a black sufrace in photoshop, and add one or two lens flares. use that as a light map, and you get nice shiny black opaque windows
thats what i usualy do, i'm way to lazy to do interiors on all my meshes

About Bugatti I think this one is also worth to model heh

Bugatti ID90 by ItalDesign

OKey well yay....your Birdcage is so cool, I just love it even it's not done yet. Man u have some damn great modeling skills and cool u can model without stupid BPs.

Oh you return from dust!

nice to see you again. I rember me SF what you called me onces for a while.... well I steped out that a little. Not buch but a little XD

As I read you make a Miura Concept model ? Wooh May I can learn from you and manage it to finish Muricelagos one. (I'm still not a real modeler but I wana give it a try heh)

To the new models, the Maserati looks very nice, but some what looks the wheels, very highpoly ?Might be for a game not ideal. Not sure.

The P4/5 Ferrari is also very intressting. I'm eager to see how you progress on that.

Nice to see ya again, and hopefully nice things come up in future heh.

P.s. I think I managed it to finish your old old old F512M to final version for MBWR Game thing XD

They also have a 2003 Veyron prototype for the same price...

And if I'm not mistaken they aren't that rare. I belive 6000 or so of each model was made.

P.S.
Did I give you a copy of the 512TR, or Testarossa before I lost them(due to computer crash)? Or did I just Give you the Rossa and F512M?
As soon as as I got the chance to finish it I make screenshot of the 512M for you.

But tha take time because im in follow order (finishing stuff):
348tb (rigth now) --> 355 --> 360 --> 512M!

348tb and 360 are not much work, 355 is more work, and between that sticks my Miura try X..x

About the 512TR, No you did not give me them in time SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADLY -_- they are lost. I just have the rossa from you, version1 and then latter version2 that did overwrite version1. Comes probally somewhere after the 512M and befor F40 XD

I agree with christian here. Its bit highpoly but the car is constantly 'round shape' where ever you look.. its hard to make it smooth with less poligons.

I also think it looks like a "Hotwheel" concept car thing, you can get as toy... but that is Firafanti's resullt (sorry missspelled Ferrari designer house -_-)
