I don't know what's the speed limit in all cars...

My GT-R (R35) completely modified to Level 4, cannot go beyond 340 Km/h...

403 km is max speed on any car tuned to max in drag to speed to grip

If u clutch draft u can get up to 300mph I got to 295mph in my GTR34
