I realize there is already a Ford GT thread from 2008 but i felt it more prudent to re-post. Original Ford GT grip thread here
So, i've recently been fiddling with a Ford GT Grip Setup and quite frankly i'm astonished. It's fast. It's responsive. No issues with understeer or oversteer thus far. It corners better than my fully worked up 240sx. Heres my setup for it.
Ford GT Grip:
Front Shock Compression Rate. +7
Rear Shock Compression Rate. +9
Front Shock Rebound Rate. +7
Rear Shock Rebound Rate. +9
Front Spring Rate. +7
Rear Spring Rate. +9
Ride Height. -3
Front Roll Bar Stiffness. +7
Rear Roll Bar Stiffness. +9
Front Tire Pressure. -4
Rear Tire Pressure. -8
Cam Timing. -3
Start Boost. +10
End Boost. +10
Nitrous Pressure. +10
Nitrous Flow Rate. -5
Wide Body. 100%.
Spoiler of your choice. All 100%.
Araxis Hood. All Zones but Zone 2 maxed out. Zone 2 at 60%.
This is done with all Stage 3 parts.
Notes; It's a tad unstable at high speeds and through turns. Most notably Texas World Speedway.
Please tell me what you think. I know theres some of you that have been wanting a good Ford GT setup for Grip. :).
