Just got a spam PM

Hi there NFSCars community. Today I just got a spam PM from a user here who goes by the name of MariaTCTfunds. I'm hoping the mods will be able to deal with this person and hopefully implement either a CAPTCHA registration method AND/OR a user must have a certain amount of posts before pmming people.

Alright, thank you. Is there any reason how they got around the spam bot filter? (CAPTCHA?)

As far as I can remember, there is only one captcha and it doesn't seem to be too difficult for spambot creator to read the caption himself and write script that will make the spambot insert the combination which will allow them to register on forums.

How people can have time to waste only for being annoying…

Very very true. It's a waste of time, off to the recycling bit it goes. Maybe you should send their IP to a global blacklist, too. Make em spend their time doing something useful.

P.S. I'm not saying that this website isn't useful.

Not really. Just a damn annoying spambot.

Until there's a way to verify multiple times making it annoying for a person who creates spambots to register them, we will always have some version of them.
