Permissions

1. The file you are going to upload will need to have the proper permissions

2. If the file has been converted from another game / version, you will need permission of the original author.

3. If you modified an existing file, you will need to have permission from the original author.

4. If you used other people's parts for this file, you will need permission from those people.

5. If the file you're uploading is not yours entirely, make sure you have permission from the author AND the author has the proper permissions as described in previous 3 points.

File Formats

1. The file must be uploaded in ZIP format (so no self-extractors/installers, rar files, ace files or other formats). You can use a tool like WinZip (shareware) to create the ZIP file.

2. The zipfile must contain at least the car and a readme file, which holds information about the car, credits to other authors and personal info about you (like (nick)name, email address and website).

3. The uploaded screenshot must be an INGAME screenshot, either from the menu or while driving/in replay. NO RENDERS or pictures of the real car!

4. The screenshot has to be JPG, PNG, GIF, and BMP. TGA or any other format will not be accepted.

5. Keep the screenshot UNDER 150kB (kilobytes). It's very irritating for people to wait a long time for a screenshot, especially those with slow connections!

6. The screenshot must be atleast 640x480 pixels. Anything smaller will be rejected and you will receive an error.

7. The filename may only contain letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores. Other characters (like quotation marks etc.) and spaces can cause problems with the upload form. Also, keep the length of the filename limited! Long filenames can also cause problems.
