Description

Features:
- Performance sliders on all bonus car parts. (Upgrades, however engine and transmission are not on tier one bonus cars.)
- Heavier traffic, and cops are heavier by almost double.
- Rebalanced nitrous.
- Roadblocks in races.
- Every car in the game has been rebalanced.
- Every car is free since you have to pay for expensive performance parts.
- When upgrading traffic/cops it gives them a "speed hack."
- A hidden car sound EA did not use. (Zonda F's true sound)
- Harder cops

Heat level system:
1: Now has GTO cops, with roadblock chance.
2: Same as one, but with slightly increased chance and one more cop of each kind, also adding rhinos.
3: Now has GTO undercover cops, higher roadblock chance, and more cops.
4: Now has Corvette cops, higher roadblock chance, and even more cops.
5: Now has Undercover Corvette cops, ninety percent roadblock chance, and high chance for heli to be in roadblock.

Bugs:
- A.I./Traffic/Cops have no stats, to prevent lower tier cars from showing incorrect top speed, etc. (INTENTIONALLY CREATED.)
- Rest are unknown.

Notes:
- Development time took about a year with Vlt-Ed
- This mod is based on NFSC V1.4 CE. (CE doesn't matter I don't think.)
- Tier 1 bonus cars have all upgrade besides transmissions and engines.
- Tier 2+ bonus cars have all upgrades besides transmission.
- Exotic cars now feel like they should.
- Muscle cars now feel like they should.
- Tuner cars now feel like they should.
- Tire screeching sounds are finally muted.
- I cannot give you my current saved profile since it has my
online account linked.

Drivable A.I. cars (NO CRASHING):
- No trailer semi truck with sound.
- Undercover Civic Cruiser. (Added sound to car as well.)
New car:
- "player_cop_gto" (The statless cop corvette that goes 260mph.) [Changed appearance to GTO as EA intended.]

- Please create a copy of the Global folder before using mine.

Installation: Put the Global file into your NFSC folder, where you installed carbon.

(Common directory that most people have if you can't understand.) Go to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Need for Speed Carbon"
in your file explorer search bar to put the new global in.

[WARNING #1] Please do not forget to back up global by copy and pasting it in a seperate folder.
[WARNING #2] Please back up your save game in case this mod corrupts it.
[WARNING #3] Cannot work with car mods since it resets wheel positions.

[Bonus information.]
- How do you access the semi and heat two cop? Just find someone's profile with A.I. cars, should be simple.
(You could also watch a tutorial on how to install a profile, etc.)
- To drive the A.I. without crashing, you will need to upgrade them on the profile you downloaded.
- This mod works in private lobbies if you want to play with your friend(s). [They need to have it.]
Muscle suspension tune (If you want one):
- Two sliders on oversteer, one on understeer.
Exotic suspension tune (If you want one):
- Two sliders on understeer, one on middle.

7/7/2017:
- Cop car tiers changed to be able to be customized without use of other mods, and usable online.
- Drivable cop cars have been buffed in weight for online.
- Darius' R8 acceleration has been nerfed.
- Tier 3 Tuners have been buffed.
- Tier 3 Exotic bonus cars have been buffed.
- Tier 1 Bonus car acceleration nerfed.
- Tier 2 Muscle bonus cars nerfed.
- Europa buffed.

Bugs found:
- Using any bonus/cop car in online with upgrades on, without the other person having the mod, causes crashes.
