Open your directory
x:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2\TRACKS
then
use your nfs TexEd
open the texture in
x:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Need for Speed Underground 2\TRACKS\STREAML4RA.BUN
find (1-377-DXT1-nfs_u2_mw-ARC_FWY_WALL_A)
then replace old textures to new textures. done

save and open the game
