Okay,okay.I'll give you something which program to customize custom cars.you need an Unlocker to customize custom cars.Go to www.cheathappens.com and search "Need for Speed Carbon".Unlocker is a trainer that allows players to customize custom cars.

Just make sure you promise me not to rice those custom cars.
