You have 2 choices...

The hardest but the coolest: download XVI32 and/or ArtMoney (or any hex changers)
Open your savegame with it
Then search for this code: 557D
Change it for FF FF (Stock)
Download the save editor 1.27
Take your account and click on tools
Click on Fix Checksum data
Click save. Open your game and enjoy!

The second is simple but you don't have the fun to change hex codes.

Click on AleShop special savegame
Click on tools
Copy your CD key and paste it on the save file cd key
Click save and enjoy!

But I like the stock vinyl looks good changed to black at least like you did.

I found that replacing the '557D' in the savegame with 'FFFF' using a HEX editor left me unable to change the rims, roof scoops, etc. I could select them and they'd change, but after confirming the items in the shopping cart, they'd all disappear.
This can be fixed by replacing '557D' with 'FF7D', not with 'FFFF'.
