The car have different skins (australian, german, french, english + black basic skin), cool M5 E28 performance - 5 gears and so, modified sound, cracking front lamps, animated cop, double 3D exhaust, 3D wheels, front lamps and hood, Vidwall etc.
You can have it as a permanent pursuit car if you leave it in cars folder or you can import car.fce and some of the skins in one of the pursuit cars car.viv´s from the folder:
