IF you are one of the guys that had the JDM Legends addon carpack by Ti-Sonic, AND also had wheels pack V2.1 by AR4I, then your wheel texture is probably messed up. this is the solution for it.
NOTE: I ONLY kept the GLOBALB.lzc file. you need to download the following mods:
wheels pack V2.1 by AR4I:https://www.nfscars.net/need-for-speed-pro-street/9/files/view/14427/
JDM Legends carpack by Ti-Sonic:https://nfsmods.xyz/mod?id=1144 (download the latest one)
Installation:
copy GLOBALB.lzc file from the archive and paste it into your GLOBAL folder in NFS:PS directory.
Done!
