Description
Another simple mod i guess. This mod enable Cross to all Heat levels, even in Heat 1. Also it's increase Cross spawnrate to 100%. No need to wait until Heat 5 to meet with your eternal rival.
Pursuit Time for Cross to Spawn
Heat 1 : 3 minutes
Heat 2-4 : 2 minutes
Heat 5-7 : 1 minute and 30 seconds
Heat 8 : 1 minute
Heat 9 : 30 seconds
You must download VltEd first to install the mod
