Description

1957 ford four door sedan with DAMAGEABLE parts and components.
by ROCKEROLLER

Hello,

I started this project with the smith custom 200 from the game Mafia II. To this model I did a number
of modifications, remodeling, and rebuilding to get the model appear as a 1957 ford. Modifications
I've done Include heightening the body "tub" , lengthening the front end and tail section. Rebuilding &
remodeling the Nose and tail section. I slanted the A pillar, added a C pillar, remodeled the D pillar,
remodeled the side chrome. Parts i fabricated include the tail-lights, grill, Hood, trunk, front doors
rocker panels, and chrome reverse wheels . The front fenders have the headlight
bezels modified and the convex section on the base model i have made concave as on the original
car. Every component has been blueprinted or rebuilt using the best original photos i could find.
Optional wheels include chrome reverse wheels i fabricated from forza wheels, torque thrust wheels
I made from EA wheels, as well as Stock hubcap wheels from Mafia II.

This car is particularly unique in the world of HP2 , in that it has dentable metal parts! Yes! To test out
the effect, I recommend selecting 'single challenge" then "single race'. Make sure police is "on", and i prefer
to use "advanced" difficulty. I am also using the damage fix mod from dark ritual. In case you can't find this
or were wondering what this is, it is a modification to the frontend.ini file. It is located in
C:/Program Files/EA Games /Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2/FrontEnd folder. The modification is made to line
"Name0=Body work : +30% damage" where it read "5%" previously. Of course you will still experience
the effect if you haven't modified your game with the new frontend file. The damage this car will
exhibit MAY vary depending on what original car you replace this with, also depending on what track you run.

This car has 18 colour choices and 4 different wheel , wheel/tire combinations.

The poly count is similar to a stock game car, and yet the car I have presented here has a very
nice detail level.

bugs: when selecting copcar in "be the cop" mode , the chrome base for the rooflights may or may not
appear. Depending on what car slot you install it. . One solution for this may be to re-export
the model from zmodeler using a different car to base it on. Currently the car is based on the crown vic, and
if you do want to drive it as a police car, i recommend installing, and using it there. (beta version recommended)
