[font=Arial]I created a texture mod that replaces the car shadows with an underglow aka. neon[/font]
[font=Arial]Keep in mind it replaces the shadow texture for all cars including AI racers, traffics, cops etc. Instructions on how to install in the readme .[/font]
[font=Arial]Later i'll include more neon colors like blue,orange,green etc. but for now, there's only white and red[/font]
[font=Arial]Do not upload this file anywhere else without my permission and giving credits. Thanks![/font]
