Fantasy NFSMW: Bonus car tweaks, hard heat level 5.

Description
Extreme A.I. changes
- Traffic = you will DAI
- Heat level 5 = you will DAI
- Heat level 1 now has undercover normal cruiser cops.
- Heat level 5 now has undercover heat level 6 corvettes that drop 100,000 bounty.
- Racers no longer can go beyond 243mph
Car changes:
- Complete nos rebalance so bonus cars don't have the worst nos ever.
- GT2, SL65, Camaro, and M3 GTR (Street), have the stats of a fully upgraded car.
- The M3 GTR (Race) can now go 277mph.
- The M3 GTR (Street) now uses the correct sound file instead of tvr_cerb.
- The M3 GTR (Race) now sounds like it does in the cut scenes. (Beta sound)
- The Supra has a 2jz sound now.
- The Viper now uses it's stock sound as the fully upgraded sound, and upgraded sound as stock sound.
- The Impreza's sound never changes when upgraded now.
- The Murcielago now sounds like carbon's stock one when fully upgraded.
- The IS300 sounds like the fully upgraded NFSU2 one.
- RX-7 and RX-8 now use correct audio files.
- The Cayman S keeps it's stock sound now.
- The DB9 now keeps it's stock sound instead of sounding like a fully upgraded GTO.
- The Elise now uses the correct sound files.
- The Camaro now uses the bmw_m5_a sound file.
- Tollbooths have a mass of zero (Does not exactly change anything.)
Additional details:
- Traffic mass is now 10,000 (Was 1,680.)
- Cops mass is now generally 5,000 (Was 2,200.)
- Bonus cars now feel like they are fully upgraded cars.
- For the Camaro I changed the suspension and tire values to corvette_top ones.
- For the 911 GT2 I changed the acceleration and things to match the Carrera GT.
DOES NOT WORK WITH MODLOADER.
