Extended Tollbooth Time Limits (for racing against AI with slow cars)

If you've tried the Most Wanted Extra Options mod by ExOpts Team, you must have noticed that it lets you race on most of the tollbooth races, with AI rivals, in quick race mode. These tracks are usually on long highways and perfect for racing.
However if you race with slow cars, the time limits are usually too tight and will make you fail the race before reaching the finish, even if you are on first place.
This mod extends all these time limits by 1 minute for these races. So you only have to worry about racing, not the time limits.
Of course this will also unfortunately affect the tollbooth races in career mode so they will be extremely easy now. Make a backup copy before replacing the files!
I know this mod is probably not useful for anyone but I personally like to race with slow, uncustomized (stock) cars every now and then :P
