The second version of Citymod makes notable improvements compared to the first version. File size is big but its far better than using TexMod.
This will make a direct replacement to textures so u just start speed.exe or modloader.exe and improved textures are there.
Windows 7 users can now enjoy my citymod, it also works well on Vista and Xp. It has taken me a lot of time to make this but its really fun.
Finally, it is hosted under the website so you won't have to struggle with alternative links anymore.
So, I wanted to share this with you guys. Features are below and always remember:

DO NOT UPLOAD THIS MOD ANYWHERE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND WHAT IS WORST, DON'T STEAL IT!

-HD Asphalt Textures (Converted From World Racing 2 And FVR)
-HD Sidewalk Textures (Improved Compared To The First Version)
-HD Boardwalk Textures (Very Similar To The Ones Of Version 1)
-HD Cobble Textures (New For This Version, They Were Not In Version 1)
-HD Dirt Path Textures (Converted From World Racing 2)
-Updated Tree Textures (Green Trees Are Updated From EA's Ones)
-Updated Grass Textures (Green Grass Is Also From EA And Looks Very Nice With The Green Trees)
-Updated Safehouse Textures (Changed The Outside Look Of The Safehouse)
-Updated Water Textures (Water Textures Are Updated But Have A Bug)
-New Road Signs (Converted From World Racing 2 + Darker Traffic Lights)
-Some Other Improvements (Which I Don't Remember Right Now)
-Adverts And Banners Aren't Touched (People Have Different Preferences So I Left Them Untouched)
[INSTALLATION]
-Run the installer.
-Choose you nfs most wanted directory
-Click Install
MAKE SURE TO BACKUP TRACKS FOLDER IN CASE YOU DON'T LIKE THE MOD!
IN COMBINATION WITH THE ULTIMATE MOD, IT CAN CHANGE THE GAME EXPERIENCE AND FEELING!
